Aloha Readers,

The Watchdog waited to post the recap for last month until the HSCA Calendar was definitively updated to reflect the next meeting. But before that, please refer to the following in anticipation of the upcoming monthly Board Meeting and the discussion of the report from the Arch Comm. These are the cliff notes:

• One committee member [not present] was assigned the draft of the 2 part review process.
• One committee member assigned the re-write/draft of #1 of the CCR's
• One committee member assigned the re-write/draft of #3 of the CCR's 
• One committee member assigned 'neighbor notification' policy
• To be discussed is 'Land Clearing' and the 'maintenance plan/mgt' concept

The next Architect Committee meeting is scheduled for 5P, Thursday, August 18th at the Honu Street Facility.
