This coming Saturday morning is filled with Committee and Board meetings from 9A on.
Please check the 'official' website calendar for a list of meetings and times.
At 9A the Community Relations Committee will be meeting for their monthly meeting.
10A starts the regular Monthly Board meeting. The Agenda is busy again this month:
a. Request for Maikoiko Park to be used for Kane Hula Practice
b. Request for use of HSCA Park by member for Volleyball training for 13/14 year old girls.
c. Committee Reports and RECOMMENDATIONS:
i. Finance Comm
ii. Infrastructure Comm
iii. By Laws Comm
iv. Community Relations Comm
v. Architect Comm
vi. Ocean Park Comm
d. Report on bids received to complete the radio read meter installations
e. Pending action on tenting the Stables
f. Bid for solar system for Honu Pool
g. Tax status of Ocean Park Site
h. Survey to be sent to members with midyear packet [anticipated mail out of ‘midyear’ packet in August]
i. Action on recommendations from Human Resources Committee
j. Set a date for Water Board [a Board meeting with the Water System as the purpose for the meeting. Not a torture session.] meeting to approve RFP for preliminary and Environmental Review
This is your Association, your Board, your time to interact as a Member with both and help to secure a community you would like to live in. If you do not participate you cannot be grumpy because it is a community you do not like.
